Project management

DEVONPORT prides itself on its effective project management - delivering to ISO approved processes that ensure you get the yacht you want. Critical to this is the appointment of a project manager as your main point of contact from design to delivery.

Your project manager will oversee the process and has single point accountability for the project in terms of time, cost and quality. We will also appoint a technical manager (naval architect) to support the project manager and focus on working with the stylist and interior designer to develop the yacht design.

Any project of this size and scale necessarily involves a number of other parties: designers, subcontractors and naval architects, alongside you as the client and our project team. Your DEVONPORT project manager will oversee all the subcontracts and make sure the process is fully co-ordinated - maintaining overall control and ensuring quality.
