Hull and engineering construction

Once the design is finalised, we move on to the initial hull construction and engineering. This takes place undercover at DEVONPORT's specialist shipyard in Appledore. In parallel, DEVONPORT's fabrication shops put together the superstructure. The hull is then floated out of the shipyard and towed to DEVONPORT, where the superstructure is fitted. The now complete hull and superstructure is placed into our covered yacht outfitting dock. NEXT Find out more about our extensive facilities
