Getting to Appledore
Appledore is located in an enviable location on the beautiful North coast of Devon, where the rivers Taw and Torridge meet at the estuary, yet getting here is still fairly simple with the A361 linking Appledore directly to the Motorway network.A handy map and directions sheet is available below.
From the M5
At junction 27, take the A361/A38 exit to Barnstaple/Tiverton/Wellington
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A361 heading to Barnstaple/Tiverton/Halberton/Peverell
(Go through 3 roundabouts)
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A39
(Go through 2 roundabouts)
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A386/Heywood Rd
Turn right at A386/Churchill Way
Turn right at Wooda Road
From Cornwall
Follow the A39 which runs along the North coast of Cornwall into Devon
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A386/Heywood Rd
Turn right at A386/Churchill Way
