DEVONPORT people live and breathe the sea. Based by the waterside in Plymouth, one of the world's most famous maritime centres, our people not only care intimately about the work they do, but they truly understand the craft of ship building. Skills are passed down through generations of DEVONPORT craftsmen, giving us a vast amount of marine engineering expertise and a very broad skills base.

With constant investment in development, as well as extensive graduate and apprentice recruitment programmes - the company holds 'Investors in People' accreditation - we are now one of the largest employers in the area. And many of our workforce have stayed with us for years, enjoying our culture of excellence, our commitment to innovation and the knowledge that they are contributing to some of the world's most magnificent yachts.
